For this bread we grind Kamut and Farro right here, we add that to 100% maple syrup and molasses to sweeten the dough. The remaining flour is spelt. This is a hearty perfectly fresh whole grain bread.
This bread has fresh beets roasted up, pureed and added to some spelt, almond and whole wheat flour. We add a little bit of "trader Joes" Dukkah spice blend of almonds and spices.
